Deliver daily assistance to on-site and remote employees, addressing help-desk queries related to software, hardware, and networking issues, as well as providing support for email access and troubleshooting
Offering assistance and guidance to users in the backup and restoration of organizational data files and folders.
Allocate, configure, install, monitor, manage, and control devices while regulating inventory for all company properties.
Support administrative activities related to the Human Resource Management (HRM) System.
Management of IT Policies and Providing awareness to the employees on the IT Policies
Optimize company resources and integrate systems
Monitor the security of critical systems and track changes to administrative actions. Investigate routine security-related breaches and incidents, responding promptly to eliminate risks, and collecting logs for further analysis
Identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective measures, while also managing company security plans.
Manage HQ network infrastructure, including cable termination, routers, and switches installation and configuration.
Manage virtual machines on VMware and Hyper-V.
Manage communications and working relationships between IT and other departments, including external IT service providers.
Manage multiple cloud-based, hosted systems.
Utilize firewalls, intrusion Detection and prevention (IDS / IPS), and manage endpoints.
Attend the events when required.
Candidate Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
? 5+ years of proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience. The same industry is preferable.
? Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
? Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, and data storage systems
? Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
? Strong analytical skills and problem-solving.
? Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
? Attention to detail, accurate and methodical approach to testing, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
? Team player with the ability to create and manage teams
? Curious, creative and business-savvy
