About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager who has strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in Zoho development. The ideal candidate will oversee the company's IT infrastructure, ensure smooth system operations, and lead digital transformation initiatives using Zoho applications.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Management & Infrastructure

Oversee daily IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of all hardware, software, and network systems. Manage IT policies, cybersecurity measures, data backups, and access controls. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues across departments. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for IT support and procurement. Plan, implement, and upgrade IT systems as required.

Zoho Development & Administration

Develop, customize, and automate workflows in Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Desk, etc. Build custom modules, dashboards, reports, APIs, and integrations within the Zoho ecosystem. Write Deluge scripts and manage API integrations between Zoho and third-party applications. Optimize existing Zoho configurations and provide user training. Monitor performance and ensure data accuracy within Zoho platforms.

Project Management

Lead IT and software development projects from planning to execution. Identify opportunities to automate business processes using Zoho and other tools. Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs. Ensure timely delivery of IT projects and maintain documentation.

AI & Automation Responsibilities

Implement AI-driven solutions to automate business processes across departments. Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT, Zoho Zia, and other machine learning platforms into Zoho and internal systems. Build AI-powered dashboards, forecasting models, and decision-support tools. Develop chatbot solutions for customer service, internal support, and workflow automation. Analyze business processes and identify areas where AI can improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Lead projects involving RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for repetitive tasks. Ensure ethical and secure use of AI models, data handling, and automation tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT management. Strong hands-on experience in Zoho development (Zoho CRM, Creator, Deluge scripting, integrations). Experience in network management, cloud services, and IT security. Good understanding of API integrations and workflow automation. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and team management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Zoho certifications (Zoho CRM Admin, Creator Developer, etc.). Experience with ERP systems, cloud platforms, and IT governance. Knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.
