IT ManagerRole Overview:
The IT Manager oversees all technology operations, data security protocols, digital automation projects, and business system integrations--including WhatsApp and Office 365. The role supports company-wide data management, innovation, and ongoing IT improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce robust data security policies. Oversee company data management: storage, backups, recovery, and access. Lead the automation of workflows for greater efficiency. Manage WhatsApp business integrations and company-wide Office 365 deployment. Maintain cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. Provide team training, troubleshooting, and technical support. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Required Skills:
Experience with data security, automation, and IT project delivery. Expertise in WhatsApp API integrations and O365 administration. Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
