Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive

IT Manager

to oversee and manage all IT operations across our company offices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining

centralized IT infrastructure

, including

email systems

,

CCTV surveillance

,

IT support

,

website management

, and

social media platforms

. This role involves coordinating IT functions across multiple office locations to ensure streamlined, secure, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:1. IT Infrastructure Management

Set up, manage, and maintain a

centralized email system

for all company staff Develop and oversee a

centralized CCTV system

, including remote access and control for all branches Create and manage a

centralized IT system

for file sharing, backups, and communication between all offices Monitor and maintain all office IT hardware and software (PCs, printers, network devices, servers, etc.)

2. Coordination & Support

Act as the

primary IT coordinator

across all company branches Ensure consistent IT policies and practices across locations Provide remote and on-site

technical support

to staff as needed Manage IT inventory and vendor relationships

3. Website & Digital Platforms

Maintain and update the company

website

(content, performance, security) Handle

social media accounts

(posting, security, access control) Ensure all digital platforms are aligned with company branding and objectives

4. Security & Compliance

Ensure

network and data security

across all systems Implement regular

data backups

and recovery plans Monitor system usage and implement access controls

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience in an IT management or system administration role Strong knowledge of IT systems,

networking

, and

centralized email platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, G Suite)

Experience with

CCTV system setup and management

Website and

social media management

experience Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple locations

Preferred:

Experience managing IT for

multi-branch organizations

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices Familiarity with cloud services and storage solutions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
