About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

IT Manager

with a minimum of

5 years of hands-on experience in the GCC region

. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our IT infrastructure, supporting daily office operations, and leading ERP implementation projects. You will act as a bridge between the office team and external technology providers to ensure seamless operations and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of all systems and applications. Lead and manage ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, planning, testing, and deployment. Act as the key liaison between the company and ERP vendors--handling negotiations, timelines, SLAs, and contracts. Provide technical support and training to office staff to resolve issues and improve technology usage. Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure, ensuring security, data protection, and network stability. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Coordinate with internal teams to identify IT-related needs and offer timely solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

5 years of IT management experience in the GCC region

. Proven experience in

ERP implementation and vendor negotiation

. Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, hardware, and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on efficiency and user support. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
