Lead the IT department in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives that align with the overall goals of the organization
Manage and supervise IT staff to ensure that all systems and applications are maintained and supported to meet business requirements
Work closely with other departments to assess technology needs and develop solutions to support business objectives
Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of technology projects, including budgeting and resource allocation
Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations to improve the organization\'s overall technology infrastructure
Ensure that all IT policies, procedures, and systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and other third-party providers to ensure that all services are delivered to a high standard
Provide technical expertise and support to end-users and stakeholders across the organization
Act as the primary decision maker for all IT-related matters and provide guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on technology-related issues
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong decision-making abilities, with the ability to make informed and timely decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong technical skills, with experience in a variety of technologies and platforms
Experience managing budgets, resources, and project timelines
Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements in the IT field.
