Job Description

Luna PR is a PR agency, focused on the blockchain space. We help our clients with several communication strategies, including social media management, and are looking for a creative and experienced individual to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the IT strategy to support the company's overall goals and business plan
• Design, develop, implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Plays the main role in new software selection (CRM) for the company and ensures IT quality control on development (Nous ERP).
• Manage the IT department to make sure that all IT Hardware and Software and the whole IT infrastructure of the company are well maintained.
• Maintain the company's IT security and confidentiality of IT data.
• Audit IT systems and assess their outcomes.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities related to Information Technology that may be delegated by the senior Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Technology/Engineering, Bachelor in Computer Application, Bachelor of Business Administration (Management), Degree level in computer science or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in the IT discipline including five years in similar role.
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)/ Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) certification.
• Desktop and Server remote management solutions, MS SharePoint, Relational or DB knowledge.
• Responsible for the organization IT Security. Disaster Recovery (DR) & Backup experience.
• Commercial Awareness and negotiate with vendors.
• Financial Acumen.
• Excellent Command in English communication skills.

We work 5 days a week, 9am-6pm, but we are always responsive if required. HQ'd in Dubai (Downtown), but with an international team and clients. We are still a start-up, 2 years old now, so we want someone who understands a thriving, ever-growing environment, and can add value to our growth. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
