About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

IT Manager

to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure and systems. The role involves managing IT operations, leading projects, ensuring data security, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. The IT Manager will supervise the IT team, coordinate with vendors, and drive digital transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the IT department's daily operations. Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and best practices. Plan and execute IT projects including system upgrades, new deployments, and integrations. Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user systems. Ensure data protection, backup, and disaster recovery strategies are in place. Monitor system performance and resolve escalated technical issues. Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to IT staff. Collaborate with management to align IT strategies with business objectives. Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).

7-10 years' experience

in IT roles, with at least

3 years in a managerial/supervisory position

. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise systems. Proven experience in IT project management and team leadership. Excellent understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CCNP, or Microsoft Certified IT Manager. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise IT solutions. Exposure to budget planning and vendor management.
