Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Group's IT strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Oversee all IT operations, systems, and networks to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and service level agreements .
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance business performance and competitiveness.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Identify process automation opportunities through analytics tools.
- Lead business process re-engineering projects in coordination with functional heads.
