Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop hardware (including desktop computers and printers) and standard desktop applications (including Microsoft office applications, virus protection, and network security).
- Responsible for on-site IT user support (Network, telecommunication, desktop hardware/software and standard applications).
- Maintain detailed configuration of computer and communication equipment.
- Responsible to maintain inventory of all IT equipment that include computer hardware, Telephone equipment, communication equipment and software applications.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of end-user technology assets from acquisition to disposal of hardware (laptops, desktop computers, monitors, printers, etc....).
- Bachelor's in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent required.
- Three to five years of experience in an IT position.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrates solid work ethics.
- Technical and non-technical communication skills.
- Must have UAE Driving License
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
