The Role We currently have openings for an IT Intern. In this position you will have unique exposure to hands-on learning opportunities. Specific on-the-job training will be provided.
Your Impact • Laptop configuration. • Machine building. • Provide first tier network, hardware, and software support to employees. • Assist in the support and maintenance of user account information including user set up for new hires, permissions, and group assignments. • Provide in-depth technical analysis of problems. • Resolve inquiries by researching documentation, providing answers, referring to appropriate resources and training end-users. • Assist in the research, planning and implementation of small internal projects in the areas of the Web, Server, and Network Administration.
What You'll Need • Knowledge of Microsoft client Operating Systems (Windows 10) • Knowledge of client software and hardware. • Knowledge of networking components and configuration. • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities. • Ability to maintain a positive and constructive attitude, and work effectively in a dynamic team environment. • Superior problem solving skills with customer service, communication, and technical abilities. • Working towards an associates or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related technical field.
