Position Overview
Jumeirah Group is seeking an IT Intern to join its properties in Dubai, UAE. This role provides hands-on experience supporting IT operations in luxury hospitality, including help desk services, hardware and software troubleshooting, and system administration. Core Duties

• Deliver technical support and help desk services for hardware and software issues
• Manage Active Directory tasks including user accounts, permissions, and security controls
• Support IT asset logistics, hardware movement, and inventory tracking
• Participate in incident management, access provisioning, and hospitality system support based on ITIL practices
• Assist with vendor coordination for data protection and IT compliance initiatives
• Provide technical support for IT setups during new hotel openings

Ideal Profile

• Current student in hospitality, IT, or a related field, or a recent graduate
• Previous internship in luxury hospitality or IT support is preferred but not mandatory
• Good communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a multicultural environment
