We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of information technology within a corporate environment. As an IT Intern, you will work collaboratively with our IT professionals to support daily operations, contribute to ongoing projects, and learn about cutting-edge technologies.

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks
• Support the IT team in software installations, updates, and user support
• Collaborate on database management tasks and data analysis projects
• Participate in the development and testing of new applications and features
• Contribute to the documentation of IT processes and procedures
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures
• Support the team in hardware inventory management and upgrades
• Engage in cross-functional projects to improve IT infrastructure and efficiency
• Learn and apply best practices in IT service management
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance IT operations and user experience

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and platforms
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
• Basic understanding of IT security principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work on various projects and tasks as needed
• Goal-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with IT service management concepts is a plus
