• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives for CRM and Power Apps development initiatives.

• Design and develop custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.

• Create and customise Power Apps applications to automate workflows, streamline processes, and improve the user experience.

• Integrate third-party applications and services with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extend functionality and optimise performance.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of CRM and Power Apps solutions.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Document processes, configurations, and customizations to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure scalability.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in CRM and Power Apps development, contributing to the team\'s collective knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform architecture, customization tools, and development methodologies.

• Experience developing custom entities, workflows, and plugins using Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK and Web API.

• Strong understanding of Power Apps development, including canvas and model-driven apps, data integration, and UI design.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) and other automation tools for process optimization and workflow automation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
