We are looking for the position of IT Infrastructure Manager for Qatar.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure roles. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management position overseeing IT infrastructure teams. Demonstrated experience in managing complex on-premise and cloud (Azure) infrastructure environments. Proven track record of successful IT project delivery and operational excellence.

Technical Proficiency:

Operating Systems:

In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.

Virtualization:

Strong experience with VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.

Networking:

Expertise in LAN/WAN technologies, TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), firewalls (e.g., FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), VPN, Wi-Fi, and network security concepts.

Storage & Backup:

Experience with SAN/NAS technologies, various backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, native cloud backup).

Cloud Platforms:

Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS services (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security).

Microsoft Technologies:

Strong administration skills in Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).

Security:

Understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and access control.

Monitoring Tools:

Experience with enterprise-grade monitoring systems (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch).

Automation:

Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is highly desirable.

Certifications (Highly Preferred):

ITIL Foundation (or higher) Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+ Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, M365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate/Professional VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

Pay: QAR17,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
