In this client-facing role, you ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and advising on robust infrastructure and security solutions. You ll work closely with clients across various industries to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and drive transformation across IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex IT infrastructure and security projects from planning to execution Collaborate with clients to assess current IT environments and define future-state architecture Design and implement secure infrastructure solutions, including cloud, storage, networking, and server environments Provide strategic recommendations aligned with industry frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST) Deliver consulting engagements with a focus on operational excellence and security compliance Guide clients through best practices in IT operations and security governance Prepare high-quality documentation, reports, and client deliverables Support business development by contributing to proposals and client presentations Desired Experience & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5+ years in IT infrastructure with strong exposure to IT operations and cybersecurity. Consulting or client-facing project delivery experience is preferred. Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, cloud platforms) Hands-on experience with IT operations management tools and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
