IT Project Manager for the Microsoft 365

Project Manager for the Microsoft 365 Copilot Adoption and Change Management Program:

Technical Qualifications Required:

Project Management Certification

PMP (Project Management Professional) PRINCE2 Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP)
Preferred Experience

Previous experience in public sector digital transformation Experience working with Microsoft partners or in AI-driven projects
Microsoft 365 Expertise

Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot features and AI integration Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and licensing
Change Management Experience

Proven track record in managing organizational change Familiarity with frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci Experience in user onboarding, training, and adoption strategies
Technical Readiness & Deployment

Knowledge of IT infrastructure, data readiness, and network setup Understanding of security, compliance, and data governance in cloud environments
Analytics & Reporting

Experience using dashboards (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot Dashboard, Power BI) Ability to track KPIs like adoption rates, productivity gains, and ROI
Stakeholder Engagement

Strong communication and coordination skills Experience working with government or large enterprise clients Ability to manage cross-functional teams and executive reporting
Must have valid Kuwaiti id and locally available
