Key Responsibilities

:

? High level knowledge in MSQUL , Processes of complaints on Intra service. Analyzes log files on the problematic cases

? Communicates with company employees on issues within his/her responsibility.

? Makes complains to provider.

? Responds to reports and alerts - analyzes, determines the cause.

? Implement new services and providers for production

? Disables / enables operators in cases of emergency situation.

? Controls automatic payment reconciliation systems (verification of results from dealer reports).

? Makes changes in registration and processing complains when new services are provided (if necessary).

? Analyzes the payment system, analyzes terminal logs, All Payments logs and XML - Interface.

? Analyzes suspicious payments.

? Checks files with PIN code and loads into the system. Develop and support reports on report-servers

Qualifications & Skill Set

? B. Tech, 03+ or more years of SQL and report system development

? Back-end (MS SQL) operational management, troubleshooting and coordination

? Skill in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and Access. Skills creating SQL requests

? Skill in data analysis and report synthesizing

? Troubleshooting Configurations. Detail oriented, analytical.

? Make product enhancement requests based on current, and future software capabilities.

? Ability to self-learn various applications

? Ability to work under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
