Job Description

- Salary: 2500-3000 AED per month

We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our project site team. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- - Monitor and maintain project site network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- - Assist in the setup and maintenance of project site servers and databases.
- - Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.
- - Train project site staff on basic IT skills and best practices.
- - Keep accurate records of IT equipment and software inventory.
- - Communicate with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- - Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- - Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- - Good time management and organizational skills.
- - Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
