Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and assistance to our users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications, and will be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
Assist users with software installations, configurations, and updates.
Maintain and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
Provide training and guidance to users on various IT tools and applications.
Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.
Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN).
Experience with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email clients).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
