Deliver engaging CompTIA A+ certification training sessions (onsite / online / hybrid) in line with international standards.
Develop lesson plans, presentations, and lab exercises for hardware, software, and network fundamentals.
Provide practical troubleshooting demonstrations and guide participants through exam objectives.
Prepare participants for CompTIA A+ Core 1 (220-1101) and Core 2 (220-1102) exams.
Assess learner progress and provide detailed performance feedback.
Coordinate with DG's Academic and IT departments to ensure course quality and alignment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
CompTIA A+ Certification

CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification preferred.
Minimum
3 years of IT training experience
or 5 years of professional experience in IT support, hardware, or networking.
Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and network fundamentals.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Experience teaching adult learners or corporate clients in the UAE or GCC preferred.
