Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
IT Estimator
with a strong background inconstruction or interior fit-out projects
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the tendering process.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for IT systems related to construction and interior fit-out projects Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs Prepare and submit competitive tenders within deadlines Assist in value engineering and cost optimization Maintain cost databases and project records Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of UAE experience
as an IT Estimator Proven experience inconstruction or interior fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of IT systems, ELV, low-current systems, and related standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficient in estimation software and MS Excel Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skillsEducation:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or a related field
