Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
Respond to support requests via phone, email, ticketing systems, or in person.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and computer hardware.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks (LAN/WAN).
Support and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, printers, and Wi-Fi access points.

Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
Assist employees with onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspective.
Provide technical guidance and training to users on systems and applications.

4. Security & Compliance
Implement and maintain security protocols (antivirus, firewalls, access controls).
Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits of systems and user access rights.

5. Backup and Recovery
Ensure regular backups of data and systems are completed.
Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
Restore lost or corrupted data when needed.

6. Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets.
Manage IT equipment procurement, tracking, and retirement.

7. Documentation and Reporting
Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Maintain records of system configurations and support activities.
Generate reports on system performance, uptime, and incident resolution.

8. Project Support
Assist in IT-related projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or office moves.
Collaborate with vendors and other departments for project implementation.
