Job responsibilities

Installation and configuration of servers, NAS, switches, routers, firewalls, IP Phone, VC systems and other IT systems as per project requirement. Perform on-site troubleshooting, system testing, and configuration adjustments as needed. Conduct pre-commissioning, final testing, and commissioning of all systems. Prepare As-Built drawings, configuration files, and operation manuals. Ensure proper documentation of licensing, warranty, and user manuals for all deployed systems. Support in preparing project close-out reports and client sign-off documentation. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during project execution. Provide timely updates on project progress, risks, and changes. Conduct client training and handover sessions upon project completion, if required.
