: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Functional Accountabilities

• Institute protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects
• Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices
• Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
• Act as link between end users and higher-level support
• Install and configure hospitality software and hardware (PCs, Laptops, printers, network connections, VOIP, RMS, Messershmitt, Qburst, etc\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Monitor system and network performance
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
• Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)
• Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Demonstrate compliance to the organization\'s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the organization.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.

Reporting

• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards.

FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:

• Operates within the framework and boundaries of Paramount/DAMAC policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualification

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong background in handling and manage the hospitality systems (RMS, Qburst, Messershmitt, IPTV, VOIP, etc)
• Knowledgeable in CCNA.

Minimum Experience

• 2 years of relevant experience in IT hospitality.
