IT Engineer requirements: - Minimum 5 Years' Experience. Arabic nationality Engineer (Excellent in writing). Microsoft Excellent Experience in Active Directory, Domain Controller, Exchange (2010 & 2013, 2016, 2019, O365). Managing oracle Linux OS & servers. Excellent Knowledge in Planning, managing, and monitoring Backup Systems (Commvault Backup / Veritas Solution), Quantum tape library. Excellent knowledge in Blade Systems management and deployment (Cisco UCS is preferred). Experience in Storages management and deployment (NetApp / EMC / Nutanix). Managing exclaimer for exchange. Managing servers (File, Print, DNS & DHCP) Administrating & Managing virtualized environment (Vmware / Hyper-V). Managing & Administrating Microsoft SCCM & SCOP & WSUS. Managing Bitdefender gravity zone server (Anti-Virus). Managing solar winds and manage engine-monitoring software. Experience in managing CITRIX & Netscaler products. Providing management, Daily Health check and support for KBZF Data Center (Servers, Storages, Monitoring Systems, etc.) Providing Support for End Users (Desktops, Printers, Fax, IT knowledge, Staff Training on systems). Ability for researching and advising on systems, software & Hardware purchase decisions. Manage the help desk, tracking status of service calls, handling incoming calls, emails; maintain documentation in an accurate manner. Diagnose hardware software issues Solve technical and application problems Setup IP telephones (Cisco devices) Respond to daily individual tickets to provide end-user support Can work under pressure Teamworker Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
