, is looking for a knowledgeable and solutions-driven

IT Engineer - Networking

to support and enhance our internal IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who specializes in network systems and is eager to work in a fast-paced, client-focused business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, firewalls, and VPNs. Monitor network performance, diagnose issues, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime. Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware such as routers, switches, and access points. Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining firewalls, anti-virus systems, and access controls. Manage and support internal servers, data backups, and system recovery plans. Maintain documentation of network configurations, hardware inventories, and maintenance logs. Collaborate with the IT team to support system integration, software installations, and overall IT strategy. Provide technical support and guidance to staff on connectivity issues and IT protocols.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in IT networking, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment. Strong understanding of networking protocols, infrastructure, and security practices. Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or similar network devices. Knowledge of server administration, virtualization, and cloud-based solutions is a plus. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
