IT Engineer
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, servers, and networking systems.
- Provide software support including troubleshooting, upgrades, and license management.
- Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure at office and construction sites.
- Implement data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
- Support ERP, project management tools, and construction-related applications.
- Monitor and optimize network performance.
- Provide technical support and training to staff.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support (preferably in the construction or contracting industry).
- Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows/Linux systems.
- Experience with software troubleshooting and ERP/CRM tools.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
