Job Description

The

IT Engineer

will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting

network infrastructure, wired and wireless systems, and server environments

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure deployment and support, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain

wired and wireless networks

(LAN, WLAN, WAN). Monitor and manage

network performance, connectivity, and security

. Deploy, configure, and maintain

servers, virtualization, and storage solutions

. Provide technical support for

network and server-related issues

across sites. Collaborate with project teams to design and implement

ICT and infrastructure solutions

. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Perform regular system

backups, updates, and patch management

. Implement and maintain

firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols

to safeguard data. Prepare

network diagrams, documentation, and technical reports

. Conduct

testing and commissioning

of IT systems for new projects. Support end-users and ensure high availability of IT services. AV & Home Automation Integration Support.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of proven experience in

network and server administration

. Strong understanding of

wired/wireless networks, routing, switching, and firewalls

. Knowledge of

network monitoring tools

and troubleshooting methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. UAE/GCC experience preferred.
