Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

IT Engineer

with a strong background in systems management and a working knowledge of

Odoo ERP

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have

at least 5 years of hands-on experience

in IT infrastructure, support, and ERP implementation or management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the organization's IT systems, servers, and networks. Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues promptly. Administer and support

Odoo ERP

modules, workflows, and user access. Work with internal teams to implement new features and customize Odoo modules as required. Ensure system security, data integrity, and regular backups. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues. Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and services.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years of experience

in an IT Engineer or similar role.

Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP

(implementation, customization, and support). Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, and cybersecurity best practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage IT operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Odoo certification or relevant ERP training is a must. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-location business environment.
