. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless business operations and data security.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications. Monitor system performance and resolve hardware or software issues promptly. Ensure network security through regular updates, backups, and access controls. Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries efficiently. Manage IT assets, licenses, and inventory records. Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data. Collaborate with vendors for procurement, system upgrades, and maintenance. Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems. Familiarity with security protocols, cloud platforms, and data backup solutions. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
