Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance and data security. This role involves working across hardware, software, networking, and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and networking equipment. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls. Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise software platforms. Provide technical support to internal teams and resolve IT support requests in a timely manner. Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT-related projects and upgrades. Research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and performance. Manage vendor relationships and support contracts.
Requirements:Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
