Job Description
Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a skilled
IT Engineer
to oversee and enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across all digital systems. This role is essential in maintaining secure and efficient technology solutions to support our logistics and business operations.Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems. Troubleshoot IT-related issues and provide technical support to staff. Ensure data security, system backups, and disaster recovery procedures. Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades. Manage ERP and logistics software, ensuring seamless integration. Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data. Collaborate with external vendors for IT solutions and system improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration. Strong knowledge of cloud computing, databases, and cybersecurity. Experience with logistics software and ERP systems is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
