Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and support of IT systems, networks, and applications. This includes server, networking, audio/video (AV), cloud technologies and virtualization. The candidate should have vast hands on experience on Desktop, AV, Servers and Storage along with Windows Servers, Networking and Switching and Telephony. We prefer MCSE Certified and CCNA Certified engineer. Knowledge of Cloud solutions is preferred. (Azure, CyberSecurity, Gsuite or One Drive, Cloud Based ERP\'s or Software). We prefer candidates with UAE Driving License and Minimum 5 Years UAE Experience. Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills apart from the technical knowledge stated above. Responsibilities: Design and implement secure networks for clients and internal infrastructure Configure and maintain servers according to best practices Install hardware components such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points etc. Troubleshoot network and server issues quickly with minimal disruption to users Monitor customer complaints and RMA\'s Provide pre-sales technical support for clients Develop documentation for client networks Train end users in the use of new technology Provide Level 1 & 2 support for clients Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of experience working with IT systems in a corporate environment Experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments (Active Directory,Azure) Experience in Networking,Wireless, AV and ICT Infrastructure setup Experience in Cloud Solutions and Cybersecurity preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
