About the Role

We are hiring an

IT Engineer

to support and manage IT infrastructure, end-user systems, and enterprise applications. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT hardware, software, and networks while ensuring compliance with security and operational standards. The IT Engineer will also support projects, upgrades, and daily IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and peripherals. Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, and enterprise applications. Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, servers, and systems. Ensure IT infrastructure is secure, updated, and compliant with policies. Manage user accounts, Active Directory, and group policies. Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery systems. Document IT issues, solutions, and system configurations. Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers for issue resolution. Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and system rollouts.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3-5 years' experience

in IT support, system administration, or IT engineering. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and IT infrastructure. Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Hands-on experience with Active Directory, file servers, and endpoint security. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL. Experience with VMware or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Exposure to enterprise IT service management (ticketing systems, monitoring tools).
