We are looking for an IT Engineer to maintain and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Design and implement processes for ensuring efficient IT operations in an organization.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications.
• Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks.
• Respond and resolve technical support calls from staff members and communicate how to resolve issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications.
• Troubleshoot/analyse computer systems to identify and eliminate performance bugs and hardware malfunction.
• Configure and install various network devices and services like routers, switches, firewall, VPN etc.
• Oversee the maintenance or replacement of computer units, printers and / or other technological components.
• Ensure the security of an organization's IT database by performing backups and updating security protocol.
• Implement network support systems to enhance IT operations in an organization.
• Install and configure IT systems such as local area networks and wide area networks.
• Installation of windows, Software & Solving software issues in liaison with software suppliers, ensuring 100% work efficiency.
• Analyse networking issues if any, maintaining the network protocol within the organization.
• Conduct inspections to ensure IT systems and equipment are operational.
