- Minimum of 3-year IT+EHV experience in Dubai.
- Computer hardware, systems, networks experience in Dubai with Driving License
- Diploma or Degree Qualified and CCNA, MCSE, Certified candidate will have preference
- Basic Knowledge of ELV(Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various low voltage systems such as security, access control, audio-visual, telecommunications, and Fiber & data networking systems. They work with electronic equipment, requiring a solid understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and technology integration)
- Installation and configurations of Attendance solution & Door Access (Matrix, Suprema, Hikvision) , CCTV Surveillance Systems, Intercom Systems, Structured & Fiber Optic Cabling, Fiber optic cable Splicing, computer hardware, system, IT-Networking, , IP phones PABX, Attendance software ,firewall devices. SMATV, IPTV, AV systems including the required infrastructure, equipment, and programming of devices as per standards and procedures.
- site supervision, project management, Team Leadership and Coordination, Communication and solution provider Managing all service call and scheduled jobs
- Providing technical support for the client on site and online and work in flexible hours
- Troubleshooting / diagnosing technical issues.
- Following up with end users to ensure the problem is resolved. Supporting the roll-out of new applications
- Conducting Meeting and Training for Clients
- Client Management
