Job Description

Minimum 3 years experience in IT & ELV (EXTRA LOW VOLTAGE)(ADMCC, SIRA)

• Should have experience in ELV Systems such as Structured Cabling System, CCTV, Access Control System, SMATV, Audio/Video Intercom System, Fiber Technology, Active/Passive Components, PAVA Systems, IPTV, Dish Installation, MDU systems, Anti Intrusion, PABX, Nurse calling system and fire alarm system.

• Cable Laying & Termination, Cable Dressing Experience, Cabinet Assembling, Cabinet Dressing, Cabinet Installation, Cable tray& trucking installation for ELV Systems

• Basic Cable Testing Knowledge(Fluke Testing)

• Supervise the site construction/installation of work relevant engineering disciplines of assigned Construction contracts and ensure that the work is carried out in safe manner and in compliance with Scope of Work, approved Engineering Standards and Specifications

• Need good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a basic level of computer literacy

• You will need excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English

• A minimum of 3 years progressive experience installing CCTV camera systems including IP cameras, NVR equipment as well as Analog Cameras.
• Install various CCTV camera types both Analog & Digital IP systems.
• Install & Program DVR Recording Units.
• Install, terminate, test, label and document horizontal, backbone and other cables.
• Dress and route cable into closets and control rooms.
• Proficient in Windows, Word, & Excel.
• Must have UAE Driving License.
• Cable Pulling, Access Control, Troubleshooting: 1 year (Required).
• High school diploma or higher.

3 years of work experience as a Smart Home Engineer - Plan, elevation, cross-sectional drawings, isometrics, landscape drawings and Mechanical & Electrical drawings for other services

• Aptitude for troubleshooting, networking and technical issues with the latest Smart Home devices

Proficient in English Valid UAE driving license

• Education: Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. (Attested)

Experience in UAE: 5+ Years as Design, Estimation, Technical & Sales Support Engineer

• Familiar with upselling techniques
• Able to listen to customers and design a delightful smart home experience tailored to their lifestyle

Punctuality and strong work ethics Experience using 1) KNX Home Automation / Lighting Control System, 2) Lutron System, 3) Vimar System, 4) Z-Wave Wireless System, 5) JUNG & MDT (Product Experience) Exceptional customer service skills and professional appearance Working knowledge of technical drawings, product specifications, wiring schedules, testing specifications and schematics Good communication skills, problem solving and professional approach to work. • Security hardware- E.g., door/window sensors, motion detectors, touchscreen panels
• Smart Home devices (e.g., Smart Thermostats, Lighting, AI assistant

Be aware of job site hazards and work safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property and loss of equipment Promote and sell Smart Home products and services to customers during each installation Salary depending on the experience, knowledge and skills, in addition earn commission through offering additional products and services. Smart home projects will vary in size and scale from small homes to Luxury Villa, Palace, Multi-Dwelling Developments, Bank, Hotels, Residential and Commercial Building Apartments and range of simple component installation to creating a complex, electronic integrated systems environment.
