for our IT distribution operations in Dubai. This is an onsite role, and only candidates currently residing in Dubai will be eligible. The ideal candidate will manage channel partners, drive sales growth, and expand our presence within the IT distribution ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with IT channel partners, resellers, and vendors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deliver product presentations, proposals, and training sessions to partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.
Support partner marketing activities and promotional initiatives.
Ensure excellent service and high partner satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in
IT distribution
or
channel sales
(UAE market experience preferred).
Strong understanding of IT products (hardware, software, networking, etc.).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Must already be
based in Dubai
