Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the distribution network.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with channel partners.
Provide comprehensive product training and ongoing sales support to enhance partner performance.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Key Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably within the IT or electronics industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of IT products and services.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and goal-oriented, with a strong drive for business development and growth.
Qualifications:
