Job Description
LOOKING for IT DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER IT Duties /Responsibilities
- IT support/ Inventory / Administrative Tasks
- 1-3 years experienced with good understanding of User support, Desktop and Server Support, experience on Mail platforms such as Google / Microsoft/ desktop, users support, knowledge of antivirus solutions, firewalls, operating systems such as windows and linux, strong knowledge on Wifi Networks
- Support In-house IT for backups remotely
- Perform hardware and software maintenance duties
- Troubleshoot and correct hardware/ software computer and network problems
- Strong knowledge of Windows / Linux Operating Systems
- Implementation knowledge of Firewalls, EDR Solutions, Secure Wireless solutions
- Maintaining Severs (Windows & Mac Servers), Store CCTV security Access (Setup)
- Other security experience is a + , Clear Communication Skills and Fluent English
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
