Role\'s & Responsibilities: -
Senior Desktop Support Engineer who can manage jamf, SCCM, MacBook, AVD, and VDI environments.
- They include but are not limited to troubleshooting, and resolving IT issues related to Windows 10, 11, VDI Enlivenment, Mac OS and devices, Pads and Tabs, Apple phones, Android phones, Polycom, Avaya phones, and any other end user technology.
- Good experience in scripting, jamf, SCCM, AVD, Azure and VDI.
