Job Description
Diploma in computer application.
Having minimum of 1 year Experience.
Perform desk-side support service per client's pre-defined/location specific service process
Imaging/re-imaging end user desktop and laptop machines.
Software/Hardware Firewall installation and configuration and troubleshooting.
Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, network, software, and operating systems.
Systems installations, and maintenance, Hardware and Software upgrades.
Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying component configuration for the better performance.
Mail Archive for all inbound and outbound mails.
PABX/IP Telephone configuration and maintenance.
Configuring VPN/RDP connectivity for remote users to connect ERP software remotely and do user support using remote tools such as RDP and Team viewer etc.
CCTV Installation, CCTV camera monitoring, Trouble shooting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
