It Coordinator
Job Description
:
On The Wood Restaurants is looking for an IT Coordinator to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure and daily technical operations across branches. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with hardware, software, and network systems, and must hold a valid UAE driving license for site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot Ethernet cabling, printers, and network connections.
Monitor and manage servers and Windows antivirus systems.
Configure and maintain Wi-Fi networks and Fortinet firewalls.
Create and manage company email accounts for staff.
Conduct monthly maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
Generate and analyze reports from online dashboards and servers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support or coordination.
Strong understanding of networking and system administration.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
