IT Coordinator

to manage all aspects of our IT systems, including websites, portals, domains, and internal IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who can handle multiple responsibilities and ensure smooth IT operations in one place.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure. Oversee company websites, portals, domains, and hosting services. Ensure IT security, including data protection and system backups. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Provide technical support and guidance to staff. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers. Recommend and implement IT improvements and updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Coordinator, IT Administrator, or similar role. Advanced knowledge of websites, portals, domains, and hosting. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Relevant IT certifications (CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA) are a plus.
