We are looking for an
IT Coordinator
withprior experience in the UAE hotel industry
to support daily IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of hotel systems. TKey Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues Assist in managing hotel systems such as
PMS, POS, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and access control systems
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation Monitor system performance and report technical issues Support new system installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting Ensure data security and compliance with hotel IT policies Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees with IT access and devicesRequirements
1-3 years of IT experience in the UAE hotel industry (mandatory)
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems Familiarity with hotel IT environments and hospitality software Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Fluency in EnglishPreferred Skills
Exposure to hotel PMS (Opera or similar systems) Understanding of POS systems used in hospitality Basic knowledge of IT security and backups
