We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Coordinator to join our IT operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support in the domain of End User Support, ensuring seamless operation of desktop systems, AV infrastructure, and collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact
for all IT support requests from customers and manage the ticketing system (triage, prioritization, escalation).
Coordinate resolution
by liaising with specialized internal IT staff or external vendors for complex hardware/network issues.
Conduct IT onboarding and offboarding procedures, including setting up new user accounts, configuring equipment, and revoking access upon departure.
Maintain the IT asset inventory
(hardware, software licenses, mobile devices), ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate and schedule vendor visits
for repairs, installations, or planned maintenance, acting as the internal point of contact.
Develop clear, user-friendly documentation
(How-To guides, FAQs) for common IT procedures and applications.
Communicate system status updates, planned outages, and security alerts
to the entire staff in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network components.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
