Provide technical support to hotel staff and guests for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Maintain and monitor all IT systems including PMS (Property Management System), POS (Point of Sale), key card systems, internet access, VoIP telephony, IPTV, and CCTV.
Ensure proper functioning and security of hotel networks, including Wi-Fi and LAN infrastructure.
Manage backups and data recovery procedures.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance and support of IT systems.
Perform routine maintenance and updates of all hotel hardware and software.
Maintain IT inventory including laptops, printers, servers, and network devices.
Ensure compliance with data protection and information security regulations.
Assist with onboarding new staff with proper IT setup (email, login credentials, device configuration).
Train hotel staff on the use of software and hardware systems.
Collaborate with hotel management to identify and implement IT solutions that improve operations and guest experience.
