Key Responsibilities
Contracts Management

  • Review, draft, and negotiate IT-related contracts to ensure clarity, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain a central repository for all contracts, ensuring version control, renewal tracking, and documentation accuracy.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and internal departments to meet contractual deliverables and obligations.
  • Support contract renewals, amendments, and terminations in alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with organizational policies, procurement regulations, and audit requirements.
Vendor Management
  • Develop and maintain an approved vendor database, ensuring proper due diligence and onboarding.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations based on defined KPIs and service-level agreements.
  • Manage vendor risk assessments and ensure adherence to corporate compliance and ethical standards.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Procurement and Compliance

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve disputes and clarify contractual terms when needed.

Reporting and Documentation
  • Prepare periodic reports on vendor performance, contract status, and compliance findings for management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Track and analyze procurement efficiency, cost optimization, and risk exposure metrics.
IT Asset and Service Management
  • Oversee procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT assets and services.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure timely upgrades, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor vendor adherence to service-level agreements and technical performance standards.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT contracts and vendor management, preferably within banking, financial services, or government sectors.
  • Strong understanding of procurement law, vendor lifecycle management, and inventory systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in ERP/procurement systems and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
