Summary

The Supply Chain Business Partner will be assigned to key internal stakeholder groups and will be responsible for building strong relationships across a number of internal functions and be the ambassador of SCM creating credibility and driving commercial savings throughout the Supply Chain for IT categories, working closely with diversified team and provide inputs to SCM Strategy.

Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring JBS supply chain operation and maximize efficiency and productivity. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for end-end supply chain execution from receiving customer PO to delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for IT categories for companies
• Interactions with key stakeholders across the business to build and leverage strong and credible relationships in order to maximize overall delivery.
• Identify cost saving opportunities and utilize \xe2\x80\x9cDesign to Cost\xe2\x80\x9d methodology to support sourcing and to ensure maximum value is achieved through our key contracts.
• Exercises some control by driving Demand Management excellence \xe2\x80\x93 questioning, challenging and influencing the future sourcing demand of the local market) and by leveraging global sourcing initiatives where relevant
• Requires commercial awareness and knowledge of the industry in order to contribute to the saving objectives of the SCM by monitoring contractual risks and ensuring minimal value leakage with key suppliers in line with Commercial Contract Management principles.
• Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines.
• Full people management responsibility for a team of professionals. Defines team operating standards, sets direction and enables performance.
• Development of benchmarks and scorecards to be used for continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience Levels:

• Having a minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a Supply Chain function
• At least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in supply chain management, finance, operations, engineering or a related area, with a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
• Robust IT systems knowledge and skills, including knowledge and understanding of specialist systems such as SAP, Bill of Material (BOM) and material master data systems
• Experience and demonstrating application of Trade knowledge in operational and compliance environment
• Previous experience in dealing with external authorities
• Good working knowledge of Import and Export related rules and regulations
• Experience in working in a process-oriented organization

Experience: 7 years relevant experience of IT company

Qualification: Must be Masters

Salary: 200,000 + 1000 cc car, Fuel, PF, Medical Allowance, Bonus, GHI, GLI, Mobile and SIM.
